Steve is responsible for all retail and leisure brokerage, valuation and advisory activity across Christie & Co’s network. As a Chartered Surveyor he is involved with both transactional and valuation projects varying in scale from single sites to large groups of assets. He co-led the sale of 145 garden centres in 57 transactions on behalf of Terra Firma Capital Partners. Prior to his current role, Steve successfully developed Christie & Co’s Bank Support and Business Recovery function and was instrumental in developing important relationships with the turnaround and restructuring world, as the credit crunch and recession took hold.
