Purpose of the Role

The role of Client Services Representative is to ensure all new and existing clients are contacted in a timely manner and obtain all relevant contact information and service requirements. Our aim is to maximise the potential of every lead.

All of the information captured is to be entered into our CRM system, so that the enquiries can be redirected to the appropriate contact within the wider company, with a focus on maximising cross company selling opportunities for our range of services.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Call handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Data capturing and data entry using our CRM system
  • Lead qualification and distribution
  • Identifying which services are suitable and ensuring future communications
  • Delivering exceptional customer service


About the team

The client services team is a brand-new team that has derived from our “business built around you” brand. Together, we will ensure that all clients receive the best possible service from Christie & Col this include new registrants via our own website and other portals as well as direct enquiries by email or telephone.

Once introduced to our range of services and qualified by Client Services, leads are passed to the relevant people across our network. The role will be an office-based position out of our Manchester and reporting into the Client services Director. Most discussions with prospective clients will be by telephone, video call and email

You’ll be based in our vibrant office in the heart of Manchester, alongside our compliment of friendly and outgoing colleagues who are always on hand to support each other.

What we are looking for

The suitable candidate for this role would bring:

  • 2 years minimum in a phone-based position
  • Have a passion for helping others and an ability to communication with people of different levels
  • Experience using CRM’s and data entry
  • Ability to handle high volume queries and manage their time effectively
  • A logical approach to resolving issues
