Purpose of the role 
We are looking for a hotel broker to join our hotels team. There has recently been a surge in market activity in the hotel sector and to respond to this, we are now looking for a dynamic agent to join our team based in our Winchester office. This person will cover Southeast England, predominantly; Kent, Surrey and East Sussex.  

About the team 
We employ the largest group of hotel specialists in Europe. Our team of award-winning property brokers, valuers and consultants covers the entire European hotel market, specialising in a diverse range of hotel assets from cosy B&Bs to luxurious all-inclusive resorts, independent properties, and international branded hotels.  

Responsibilities 
In this role you will: 

  • Generate business through various prospecting methods and be aware of market activity 
  • Register and maintain client requirements on our Salesforce CRM system 
  • List, market and manage opportunities for sale 
  • Negotiate and agree deals, manage lawyers and the sale process 
  • Provide regular client updates on instruction activity 

What we are looking for 
The suitable candidate for this role would bring: 

  • Previous experience within commercial or residential agency 
  • A minimum of 5-10 years industry experience 
  • Numeracy and literacy literate 
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills 
  • Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
