About us
Christie & Co are a successful and growing International Professional Business Advisors specialising in properties with operational businesses attached, focusing on the Hotels, Hospitality, Leisure, Retail and Care markets. It is not necessary to have experience working in these sectors, but some Real Estate experience is desirable.
About the Role

We are looking for maternity leave cover in our London office to provide administrative support to the members of our Healthcare Consultancy and Capital Market team in the form of administrative and PA duties. You must have exceptional attention to detail great telephone manner and enjoy supporting a team of different personalities.
Every day will be different and the work-load will vary as you will primarily supporting the Managing Director – Capital Markets and Head of Healthcare Consultancy, both representing significant growth areas for Christie & Co. For days in the office, you will be spending most in-person time at the London office with the Healthcare Consultancy team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing, formatting and proof-reading documents and binding for presentation;
- Preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint;
- Maintaining information on the Salesforce system;
- Taking calls and messages when the team are unavailable;
- Managing team diaries;
- Arranging meetings in-house and offsite;
- Booking rooms, restaurants and conference calls;
- Arranging team travel, hotels and car hire;
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries politely and efficiently;
- Attending team meetings and recording minutes;
- Covering reception and covering other staff during absence;
- Ensuring health and safety policies are followed.
Working Relationships and Contacts
You will work within a small group of people including the direct Capital Markets and Healthcare Consultancy teams, and support staff throughout the business, reporting directly Michael Hodges. You may on occasion be required to support the wider business with administrative duties.
Skills and Experience
- GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and English;
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience within a similar role;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Numerate;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Highly organised and self-motivated;
- Knowledge of the property industry;
- Knowledge of Salesforce;
