We are currently experiencing demand for North West convenience retail opportunities at every level of the market, particularly from multi-site operators looking to expand in small regional pockets such as Greater Manchester, as well as independent operators relocating from the South. Demand for the higher turnover stores remains as buoyant as ever, despite the wider economic climate and there has also been a recent emphasise on mid-level stores.
