New owner for Stourbridge care home

Abbeymere Care Centre is a small, 18-bedroom residential care home. It occupies a two-storey link-detached property in the residential area of Wollaston in Stourbridge.
The home has been owned by Dr Pravin Prabhakaran of Karelink Ltd since 2013 and was brought to market as part of a strategic sale to provide more capital for the group, which previously owned three homes.
Following a confidential sales process with Paul Reilly at Christie & Co, it has been sold to first-time buyer, Shaza Qazi.

Abbeymere Care Centre was sold for an undisclosed price.
