Formerly the rectory for St Andrews Church, St Andrews House care home sits in a highly attractive property that has benefitted from significant renovation, extension, and reconfiguration over the years. Previously owned by Mr Jeremy Christophers, the home was brought to market as a retirement sale. It has now been purchased by local operator, Mr Dick Wraighte, who owns two other homes – The Old School House in Plymouth and Ermington House in the village of Ermington in South Devon.
