Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, is delighted to announce the appointment of Michael Hodges as Managing Director - Capital Markets. The role has been created as part of the company’s strategy to increase activity and build its profile within this area.

Mike joined Christie & Co in 2002 and has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare, childcare and medical sectors, undertaking a wide range of major transactional and advisory assignments across the UK and in Germany. Having established Christie & Co’s Healthcare Consultancy business in 2013, Mike’s work over recent years has included a substantial number of investment and capital markets projects.
In his new role, Mike will continue to build Christie & Co’s capital markets activity, with a wider focus across all of Christie & Co’s specialist sectors in the UK and Europe.
