Christie & Co grows Capital Markets team with new appointment

Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, is delighted to announce the appointment of Beth Newman as Senior Surveyor – Capital Markets. The role has been created following the appointment of Michael Hodges as Managing Director – Capital Markets in June, as part of the company’s strategy to increase activity and build its profile within this area.

Beth has joined Christie & Co from Avison Young where she was part of the capital markets team based in Manchester, focussing on both acquisitions and disposals of investment property, in addition to providing investment advice to a range of clients. Her role also included undertaking due diligence for large institutional transactions.

Beth will be working with Michael Hodges across all Christie & Co’s sectors on a national basis across the various regions.
