This vacant property was formerly a day nursery registered for 32 children. It occupies a prominent elevated position on a corner plot in the Northampton suburb of Kingsthorpe.
Following a sales process with David Eaves at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Quentin Wade of The Redbrick Day Nursery which owns another privately run setting nearby.
