Berkshire care home sold to first-time buyer

Fourways Residential Home is registered for 20 residents in the categories of Old Age and Dementia and has an overall CQC rating of ‘Good’. The home has 19 bedrooms, 17 of which have en suite facilities, that are spread across the ground and first floors.

The home was purchased by AV Atkinson (Fourways) Ltd in 2006 and, since then, has been refurbished and upgraded. The business was brought to market as the owners were looking to concentrate on other business interests.  

Following a confidential sales process with Charles Phillips at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through Neil Collins at Christie Finance, the home has been purchased by experienced care practitioner and first-time buyer, Saieja Sasikaran.

Fourways Residential Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
