Group of three hotels in Italy sold to local hospitality fund through joint agents Christie & Co and Savills

Comprising a total of 535 bedrooms across the three properties, the transaction represented a unique opportunity to acquire a portfolio of three business hotels which offer the buyer and end-user strong value-add opportunities, in terms of repositioning, asset management and consolidation in the Italian market.
