Busy Loughborough pharmacy sold as owner retires

Centrally located on Loughborough’s high street, HMS Pharmacy is a standard-hours community pharmacy that dispenses an average of 10,500 items per month. It occupies a substantial two-storey property with two large consultation rooms and a vacant first floor, ideal for subletting.
HMS Pharmacy was previously owned by Ben Modi of Highmark Services Ltd, who recently decided to sell the business after more than 25 years of ownership to enable him to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Carl Steer at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Dr Milan Chande and his family. Dr Milan bought his first dental practice in Leicester via Christie & Co in 2021, this is the family's first venture into pharmacy ownership.

HMS Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
