Busy Stevenage pharmacy sold to first-time buyer

Jhoots Pharmacy Great Ashby is a standard hours community pharmacy that dispenses an average of 4,740 items per month and boasts three busy consultation rooms. It is located in a secondary shopping parade on the northern outskirts of Stevenage.

The pharmacy has been owned by Midlands-based operator, Pasab Ltd, since 2004, and was brought to market to allow its owners to focus on their pharmacies closer to home.

Following a confidential sales process with Mark Page at Christie & Co, it has been sold to first-time buyer, Gerald Lim, who plans to improve the pharmacy’s customer experience and develop its services offering.

Gerald Lim, new owner, comments, “We are very pleased with our first pharmacy business and look forward to welcoming new and existing customers. We have been looking for a pharmacy for a long time and liked this one from the moment we first saw it.”

Jhoots Pharmacy Great Ashby was sold for an undisclosed price.
