Quintessential English tearoom in Exmoor National Park acquired by new operator

A charming ‘chocolate-box’ thatched cottage, Kitnors is well-established and popular with both locals and visitors, serving teas, coffees, light lunches and afternoon teas throughout the summer months. The property boasts a large tea garden with over 50 covers and a fully-fitted outdoor kitchen.

The cottage is under a National Trust lease and also contains three-bedroom owners’ accommodation, including a large lounge-diner with open fire, making it perfect for those seeking a lifestyle business. 

Situated in Bossington, a traditional village nestled within the stunning Exmoor National Park, Kitnors attracts high levels of trade from visitors exploring the Park and nearby coastline. The South West Coast Path and a host of country walks, trails and historic sites are on the doorstep, popular with both tourists and regular visitors.

Kitnors has been let on behalf of Katy Lampard, who commented: “It has been a pleasure operating Kitnors. We have been supported by so many wonderful customers over the years and I am confident that David and Linzy will take it from strength to strength.”
