The hotel has seven ensuite letting bedrooms and benefits from a prime location in the centre of the village, just five minutes’ walk from Lake Windermere. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is a popular choice all year round with visitors coming to explore the Lake District National Park.
Former owner of Latimer House Christine Kirch commented: “We are delighted to have completed the sale of Latimer House and we hand it over to the new owners confident that they will build on the success of the business.
