Local buyers snap up freehold unit in Oxfordshire to reopen as salon

The property has been vacant since April 2023 and is located in the village of Stonesfield, between Oxford, Banbury and Bicester. It has been owned by Mr & Mrs Vairamuttu for seventeen years, who now wish to focus on other business ventures.

The property has been sold to Cheryl and Simon, local buyers who plan to reopen it as a new salon in the coming months.

Cheryl commented: “We are excited to be the new owners and are looking forward to opening up HBH Hair Salon. The shop will be a hair salon with a view to adding nail and beauty treatments to the services provided. We will undertake a full refurbishment and modernisation, as the building has been empty for some time, and we really want to make it our own. We hope we will make it an attractive and welcoming addition that the local community will support, and we can’t wait to open the doors later this year.”
