Malvern House, which has traded as a nursing home since the 1980s, provides care and accommodation for up to 22 elderly residents. The business occupies an extended and modified period detached property which has seen much investment over recent years and comprises 18 well-presented bedrooms arranged over two floors. The home is located just off the centre of the Cornish town of Saltash, which offers a range of day-to-day facilities and sits within easy reach of nearby towns and cities.

It has been owned and operated by Martin and Polly Jackson since 2008, and the pair are now looking to sell to pursue retirement.
