Established Cornish care home sold after 21-year ownership

Situated along Higher Tremar, Manor House Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 16 older people, including those with dementia. It occupies a rural location in a small hamlet in the Cornish town of Liskeard.
The home has been owned and operated by Bob and Nicki Broadhurst for the last 21 years. The pair decided to sell to retire.
Following a confidential sales process with Eve-Angelica Apperly and Simon Harvey at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by first-time buyers, husband-and-wife team, Sveta and Darpan Patel.
