Nottinghamshire convenience store acquired by new owner through Christie & Co

One Stop Stapleford is a popular convenience store, selling a wide range of household essentials and confectionaries, as well as offering pay-point and National Lottery services.
A new lease for the store has been sold on behalf of the owner, who wishes to focus on other business ventures and spend more time with family.
The store’s former owner commented: “I would like to thank Jacob at Christie & Co for all his efforts during the sale of a new lease for my business. From the start, he gave me the best advice and a full understanding of the process, as it’s the first sale I have been through. He kept me in the loop from start to finish and was always available to talk, even after hours.”
The new operator has previous experience managing a convenience store and brings new ideas to expand and enhance the store’s offering, such as the introduction of parcel delivery services.
