Pair of specialist care homes in Hampshire sold
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has completed the sale of Seventrees Residential Home and Webber House, both located in Hampshire.

Seventrees is located close to the centre of the village of Fawley on the edge of the New Forest in Hampshire and is registered for eight people with Learning Disabilities. It occupies a detached two-storey dwelling offering all single bedrooms, plenty of day space, and a large secure rear garden for resident use.
Webber House in Park Gate is a supported living setting for nine residents and is located in a residential area within close proximity to local facilities. The home offers 11 single bedrooms and benefits from a garden to rear, good day space, and a passenger lift.
Both care homes were previously owned by Auckland Care Holdings Ltd. Following a confidential sales process with Charles Phillips at Christie & Co, they have been purchased by an existing specialist care home provider, Sandbourne House Ltd, who thought there were good synergies in both homes that would work well in their group.
