Peach Pubs set to operate the Three Horseshoes in Letchmore Heath following leasehold deal brokered by Christie & Co

Standing for over two centuries, The Three Horseshoes is located in a beautiful rural Hertfordshire village and has been an excellent reputation for its premium food and drinks, attractive garden and patio areas.

The traditional village pub was purchased in 2020 by Mark Cherry, Director of Caraeno Limited, and underwent a substantial refurbishment programme, to meet the demands of the affluent local community. Having reopened in Spring 2022, the business has now completed its first full trading year successfully.

This influenced Mark’s decision to create a new lease and secure a tenant capable of continuing the success of this fantastic Hertfordshire pub business, enabling him to switch his attention to other projects.

The deal was brokered by David Wilson, Associate Director in Christie & Co’s London Pubs & Restaurants team.
