Established NHS dental practice in Manchester sold after 30 years

Pinfold Dental Practice is a long-standing, profitable predominantly NHS practice with three well-fitted surgeries. Situated in the heart of a busy residential area in Hattersley near Hyde, the practice benefits from a far-reaching patient catchment.
It has been owned by Dr Ian Hughes since 1994 and was brought to market to allow Dr Hughes to start his retirement plan – although he will be remaining at the practice as an Associate in the immediate future.
Following a confidential sales process with Jonathan Watson at Christie & Co, the practice has been purchased by existing operators, Dr Azffar Din and Elina Zaman, who own another practice in the region.
Dr Azffar Din, the new owner of Pinfold Dental Practice, comments, “Dr Hughes has not only provided a smooth transition but has created and developed a well-run practice with a great backbone. He will always have a place here.”

Pinfold Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
