Queens Court Hotel in Exeter sold through Christie & Co

Set in a Grade II listed Georgian-era property within a quiet leafy square, Queens Court Hotel is ideally positioned within Exeter's city centre, just a short walk from both Exeter St David’s and Central Train Stations.

The hotel features 20 guest rooms and currently operates as a bed & breakfast, as the former restaurant on site has been closed since 2020. The property also includes a lounge bar and function suite.

The hotel has been sold by Mr K Balendran who originally purchased the hotel in 2015.

The new purchasers own and operate The Galaxie Hotel in Oxford and will be adding Queens Court Hotel to their family run business. Queens Court Hotel was sold off an undisclosed guide price.
