The local retail business is situated in a highly sought-after area of Sunderland and benefits from steady residential trade. Previous owners, Peter and Denise Gordon, ran the shop with family and staff for over 14 years, and decided to sell due to other business commitments.
The store has been purchased by experienced retailer, Shamas Ajaib, who intends to make his own mark on the business going forward. The business was sold at an undisclosed price.
