Well-established convenience store in Rickmansworth sold through Christie & Co

Located on Tudor Parade, A-Z Convenience Store is ideally positioned to capture locals within the busy residential area, as well as the passing commuter trade to London. The well-presented store is popular among the community due to the wide range of items on offer including confectionary, chilled and frozen food, tobacco and alcohol.

The store received significant interest after coming to market through Christie & Co’s Retail team, resulting in several offers within the first week of marketing. It was ultimately purchased by Mr. Singh, a successful local operator who was looking to expand his portfolio.
